Moon Brain is an Eora/Sydney-based alternative rock band founded by songwriter and producer David Rogers. Featuring Cecil Coleman, Kat Harley and Benjamin Morgan, the band crafts emotionally charged songs built on raw guitars, driving rhythms, powerful dynamics and deeply personal lyricism.

Following years fronting acclaimed Sydney outfit Nantes, Rogers formed Moon Brain as a new creative outlet, bringing together a collection of songs that traded polish for honesty and atmosphere for impact. Drawing from alternative rock, post-punk and indie influences, Moon Brain's music balances tension and release, pairing intimate moments with explosive choruses and a strong sense of melody.

What began as a recording project has evolved into a fully realised band, with the current lineup bringing a renewed energy and intensity to the material. On stage, Moon Brain delivers a performance defined by connection, conviction and a love of loud guitars, creating a sound that feels both expansive and immediate.
